DOJ-OOC First Case Conference on Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence in 2020

It is the pride and honor of the Department of Justice (DOJ) – Office of Cybercrime (OOC) for its first Case Conference on Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence in 2020 to be recognized in the latest issue of the CyberDigest published by the Cybercrime Programme Office of the Council of Europe (C-PROC).

On 19-20 February 2020, the aforesaid event was spearheaded by the DOJ-OOC to facilitate interaction between and among designated prosecutors and law enforcement authorities on issues and challenges involving cybercrime and electronic evidence in furtherance of its development of the Guidelines on Cybercrime Investigation and Prosecution.

The cyberdigest is a bi-weekly selection of news relevant to the current areas of interest to the C-PROC and it aims to offer its readers a global and up-to-date outlook on cybercrime.
